Number Munch: Renekton's Dominus, Sterak's and Gargoyle's Combo
Dominus gives you 250/500/750 bonus health, 
's active gives you bonus health while among 3 or more enemy champions for 4 seconds equal to your maximum health, and 
grants a shield that decays over 8 seconds equal to 75% of your current bonus health upon taking enough damage.
That's the combo! Just how much damage can it mitigate? Let's find out, given two common scenarios for Renekton with the combo on Summoner's Rift.

Renekton's Level and Base Health: 12 / 1558
Bonus Health and Source : 80 / 
; 400 / ; 500 / Level 2 Dominus
Total Bonus Health: 980
Maximum Health: 1558 + 980 = 2538
Bonus Health from Gargoyle's Stoneplate's active: 2538
Shield from Sterak's Gage during Stoneplate's active (based on Bonus Health): 980 + 2538 x 0.75 = 2638.5
Total Bonus Health and Shields from the Tank Wombo: 2538 + 2638.5 = 5176.5
Including rank 5 Runic Armor: 2538 + 2849.6 = 5387.6
Best frequent lategame scenario:
Renekton's Level and Base Health: 16 / 1886.7
Bonus Health and Source: 400 / ; 400 / 
(or a similar amount of health from an armor item); 750 / Level 3 Dominus
Total Bonus Health: 1550
Maximum Health: 1886.7 + 1550 = 3436.7
Bonus Health from Gargoyle's Stoneplate's active: 3436.7
Shield from Sterak's Gage during Stoneplate's active: (based on Bonus Health): 1550 + 3436.7 = 4986.7 x 0.75 = 3740
Total Bonus Health and Shields from Renny's Tank Wombo Combo: 3436.7 + 3740 = 7176.7
Including rank 5 Runic Armor: 3436.7 + 4039.2 = 7475.9
Hoo wee, that's a lot of tankiness. Keep in mind the Gargoyle's bonus armor and MR while near 3+ enemies!
Bonus fun fact: 
's active is based on your current maximum health as well! If you pair its active with 's active on a champion with at least 4000 maximum health you'll give both yourself and a nearby ally upwards of 800 shield each! Imagine a beefy Cho'Gath with this combo giving a friendly carry 1000+ in shields in a teamfight! How kooky would that be?
Reasons for mathing this out for 
:
- Renekton has Slice and Dice for diving the enemy team, strong AoE damage and free bonus health from Dominus
- Renekton can can comfortably build both and early since he's manaless and an AD champion
- I play mostly Renekton so of course I'm super interested!
