Which two champions work so well when on the same team and can insta win teamfights?

Malph and Yasuo. Large AoE magic damage into a Large AoE Physical damage. Malph/Ori was a close second, but both being the same damage type if certainly a negative in a vacuum (not accounting for enemy champions and builds at whatever level).

Best three man combo is obviously Kalista, Thresh, and Blitzcrank.

Blitz pulls, kalista ults blitz, and takes thresh's lantern.

Malph orianna/yasuo is the most reliable, though amumu/mf has the highest potential. However, the combo with which i actually have won 2vs5 fights is yasuo+orianna, as they work rather well together beyond the ult wombo. Also, no gallio here? I prefer his ult over amumus for kata, as amumus ult doesn't disable skills which means your opponents can still potentially interupt her ult.
