Is Bard's passive tied to those symbols located around Summoner's Rift? If so, that might have some severe balance issues, as it'd make such a mechanic non-existent outside SR and lead to some balance problems depending on which team he's on (some symbols might be hard to reach if he's on the Red Team).
Can we get a Rioter to provide some clarity/context/whatnot?

Doctor Leon1 votesI don't think they're DIRECTLY tied to the marks, because he picked up chimes in a couple random places in the clip showing the passive off.
Xrusa1 votesHis passive is not directly tied to the symbols. The symbols are tied to Bard himself. As I understand it, chime locations are random.
