So what excuse does riot have for tahm's overloaded kit?
And it better be good as to why someone can just stack hp to dps, and have a ton of utility.

He's not really that bad
I don't think a champion who could do 32% a target's max health on a basic skill, and have a skill that basically lets him have a 2nd HP bar while being completely full tank is fair. Have you fought one top lane yet?
The same excuse they have for
His passive on R is unfair - gets dmg for free from HP...
Is it 32%? Is it really? Pretty sure most don't build AP and you have a base MR.
Don't worry Riot already ran the nerf train on ol' Tahm and now he's a really middle-of-the-road support. There are way better supports out ther and if you have a problem with Tahm it's probably only cause he got really fed somehow. Honestly I think Top Kench is the real terror. Then he actually has some gold on him and he can actually tank for more than 2 seconds.
They don't have an excuse. "Because he takes work to get his damage out" is the reason they aren't touching his damage. The devour speed with an ally was a minor hindrance that no one cared about, but they'll remove that instead of fixing his base damage of 32% max hp. What's funny is how they say he needs to set up his combo in order to get that damage, but it's not like his combo does no damage to begin with. High base damage like lulu with a free nashors tooth passive once level 6. The kicker is that his passive stacking feature only goes down by one stack at a time instead of all are once. You can tell who their favorite champs are when you see this. Jinx so far is the only other one who loses a buff stack one at a time, and we all know the problem with jinx.
