Gold: Blame mid for not roaming, jungler for not taking objectives. Etc.
Plat: Blame champion/reto (OP etc)
Diamond: Blame latency (ping) (if I had 55 instead of 56 ping i could have done that!")

Im a gold 3 support. I never blame jungler unless and this the only reason is when the enemy jungle camps my lane and my jungler just sticks to his jungle. If you see that hes camping my lane go and take his jungle, go pressure another lane. Dont just stay in you jungle. Maybe even help ward. IDK do something, just dont stay farming your jungle all game
