Champs that are "balanced" but feel awful to fight against
really, really get to me. Like I can't stand seeing them, I don't even care if they're on my team.
Top 4 for me: 
Almost everyone hates fizz, and with good reason. I don't think I really need to explain why.
I can't stand him. He's not fun to fight against at all. I hate how he trades, I hate how he combos so fast, I hate his ult with a passion. His ult is way too efficient- Too much damage, too high of a ratio, good in 1 v 1's or teamfights, good for escaping... not to mention that he literally has a lingering stun after you're knocked up. That's really, really shitty in terms of counterplay.
His Q indicator doesn't even feel like it shows the proper danger zone, much like Lux's E circle. It really doesn't make for a fun experience when you feel like you dodged it and you've still been hit. Hard.
Blitzcrank is the WORST support to go toe to toe against. It feels like a chore to play a game against him. Either get hooked or burn flash to get away. Better hope you're a tank support, and not a fragile little thing like Sona or Nami or else it's probably gg.
