a certain reason to why i think that ekko wont be ballanced propertly

his playstyle ... and his kit

his numbers make it so he needs to execute the playstyle ... but his kit makes it so that it isnt that easy

a skirmisher should be about rapid engages and disengages ... something that lee sin can pull off by doing a qqew combo to return to safety ... rinse and repeat ... riven can just go ham on you and escape with her e

while ekko can do similar stufff his disengage tools are much worse for that playstyle ... one is a movement speed buff which makes him vulnerable to a counter atack ... the other is his ult which has a long cooldown

combine this with an assasins hp pool and you get an assasin who can get easily blown up even when he does his job propertly the only way that he can be allowed to function is when he simply outpowers enemies

if this mindset will be kept i dont think ekko will find a good ballance spot
