First I like the concept behind what you are doing. You want each of them to be able to be bought independently rather than having to have other items to make duskblade passive better and edge only being effective vs magic damage champions.

That being said the numbers are quite low. I can say I have not personally had a reason to go anything but yommus into black cleaver up until this point since the lethality item nerfs + tabis being everywhere. If these changes go through this will not change at all unless yommus is okay at worst i'll just drop yommus for more bruiser items. Edge of night still feels awful stat-wise.

I like that duskblade has cdr now that's great. However nerfing the passive damage by that much on top of lowering the ad makes me never want to have this. For example look at death's dance. 80 ad and the same cdr plus it gives me omnivamp. I could see a build of duskblade, yommus, death's dance and say ionian boots for 40% cdr but i don't really want to build duskblade or new yommus over cleaver.

In my opinion what you should do is increase the ad and make the lethality effect half for ranged champions. I personally wanted the items to just be melee only but seeing other arguments on the boards half is fine. There needs to be a point where all of the items are decent without ranged champions breaking them by existing. As it stands the only way ranged champions won't break them is if they have terrible stats so they won't buy them or they have a negative like half the effect. As of now it's just the terrible stats but that also means it's terrible for the intended users too.

Edit. Forgot to talk about the 50 bonus damage on serrated. That's amazing but why do I lose that when I upgrade? If that passive was on the lethality items I would probably buy all of them.

Riot doesn't even want ranged champs to really build lethality so why not melee only. Would be way easier to balance without breaking game and having everyone build same thing.
