[Proposal] A way to fight trolls in queue...

Keep in mind this is in champion select; (did i use the semicolon right?) add an option to 'cancel/remake' the queue based on a majority ruling, the team that starts this 'vote' will have 10 seconds to vote on remaking the queue. If successful, the queue is remade on the spot. If the vote is unsuccessful, champion select proceeds as normal and the game begins.

Ex: jg locks into Anivia mid. After all champs are chosen (this takes place DURING the 'choose your loadout' portion of the queue), the teams players put up the vote to remake the queue. The vote wins 4-1, the queue is instantly remade AS IF a player had dodged during queue and all players are sent back to queue.

The main problem i see with this is that it would have a negative impact on creative play and picks, however it would not have an effect on dodge rates at all, and would likely decrease them. Also, because the vote takes place during the 'load out portion of queue' it would not lengthen pre-game operations (queue lengths). It would basically be designed to "fight" trolls, pre-game aggression, and so forth.
