I actually just sat through a 30 minute game where our Jhin and Graves talked about their careers and life choices for 20 minutes, and did nothing.
It's come to the point where people play league to socialize/chat rather then actually play the game. Is there anyway we can penalize this annoying crap? It basically made the game a 3v5 and unfun for everyone because they were chatting instead of playing.
They did stuff, they sucked ass as the scores clearly showcase.
