I just cant seem to have fun with it.
If im winning i feel like the other team just didnt play well or my team is abusing mechanics if im losing i feel like im stuck in a 40 minute rekt¨d feast.
I do appreciate the hard work the developers have put in it though, maybe is just us players that ruin our potential to break the pace and just have fun for a day.

URF really needs to have either permanent bans for the mode, or harsher nerfs for the problem champs.

Urf should be random. Full stop. Always should've been, as it makes it less tryhard because then people can't just spam Lucian, Evelynn, Fizz, etc because they have to be lucky, there also can't be URF only accounts because it's a once a year thing. Rename it to Ultra Random Fire, make it random, keep bans, DONE

Was having relative fun until I ended up on the defensive and somehow ended up having to protect my bot tower against a Jinx, who literally could poke me or the turret out out of my offensive range.
And the fact was nobody else wanted to go down to bot to defend that tower because everyone wanted to be part of the action at mid and top, and then people get mad at you for a situation that is bad for you in every way.
If you have no coordination with your team and they aren't willing to coordinate with you, the game mode is really unfun especially when you're on the defense, because you can be put into bad situations simply because your teammates act selfishly.

Was having relative fun until I ended up on the defensive and somehow ended up having to protect my bot tower against a Jinx, who literally could poke me or the turret out out of my offensive range.
And the fact was nobody else wanted to go down to bot to defend that tower because everyone wanted to be part of the action at mid and top, and then people get mad at you for a situation that is bad for you in every way.

Had a similar situation choosing Ashe and getting stuck in a 1v2 against MF and Nami. Was like playing bot lane minus a support with no safety of towers.

If morde is your main man, why do you have more darius play?

Lord Boltrix1 votesTechnically no, but the thing is as Darius I offer things to the team that I don't offer as Morde, with Darius I carry a bit of CC (my slow on my W and my pull on my E), and sometimes I need to bring it because my teammates tend to be unreliable with timing their cc just right (like stopping Vel'Koz or Katarina while they are channeling their ults with a stun or displacement) or just using it period.
It's sort of the scenario where I have to carry more burdens for the team overall to make things easier on them. I could go as Morde and smash faces, but without any cc or mobility outside of my conditional W or building Rylai's first, I would have to rely on my teammates to land cc during teamfights so I can smash faces, Morde in his current state has a problem where people can just... walk away from him.
I could go on but I'm sure Mal (Malicious Metal) could explain things much better than I, when he gets around to making another Morde thread, probably when the meme spieling dies down a bit.

Mira Arya Enthe3 votesThe problem is all the tryhard cheese comps. Everyone picks a comp of absurdly good champions for the mode and plays super tryhard as if it's a ranked 5v5. The mode is for fun, I seriously got reported and told to go die, because I picked a champion who did not excel at the mode(Shyvana) for fun.

DemoGuide2 votesI just came from game of Nexus Siege where enemy team had Morgana. Lucian, Jhin, Zed and Fizz. It was just totally stupid game.
Godhri1 votesI thought it was fun. Probably the most balanced mode there is in terms of champion combat. Gold is a constant fixed rate without any bonuses from anywhere. The only currency is the crystals which is obtained from kills/assists.
The Last Ballad1 votesI like the mode, but one game I went as Himer, as me and my sister like holing up somewhere and siegeing with the ballistas vs out right fighting. It would have worked, if our allies hadn't decided to all go mid while Himerdinger, who should not be moving every 30 seconds to cover a lane across the map, and Sivir, who could not even get into range of the enemies to do damage, had to keep up with the other lanes. I told them, repeatedly, that we would lose if we all went mid because that was certain death. Was it? Yes. Dispite my sister's and my work, they fired the obliteron laser 5 times! Did my teammates ever leave mid when they noticed it wasn't working? No.
The best part was when they were roaming CONSTANTLY during the defending phase. Enemies pushing mid and bot while Himer and Sivir are holding off 2 at top fine? Better abandon both bot and mid turrets to 3 man gank top. The entire phase. We actually survived longer with them at our nexus turrets than at the outer ones because I could just put my turrets down and go ham on them without fear of having to relocate everything to defend a tower. I managed to get an equal amount of kills with less deaths then the two assassins who were going for kills. And the most damage to turrets.
It was sad.
