His balance felt awesome before devourer went away. Now, the 4% max hp on hit doesn't feel strong at all. Also, I'm building up my blood well 66% as fast as I did with a devourer (when you are not wasting Q and E to build up your bloodwell, but using purple W to do it).
Aatrox got nerfed hard with it. Please buff him.

well, he was viable.
with Red Devourer, Bloodthirster, Blade of the Ruined King, Ninja Tabi, Spirit Visage and either a Phantom Dancer OR a Mercurial Scimitar, he would melt people.
The thing is Devourer was a crutch that is now gone. Bloodrazor is a ghost of what Devourer was in that core build I just described.

I was doing well with him with devourer. He lost so much.
I'm on the verge of not building past machete, and then rushing a guinsoos and the rest of my build, to sell the machete later, just because bloodrazor is garbage on him.
Perhaps I need to sit on machete until a mid game or end game completion of it. Rushing bloodrazor has kept me underpowered the past games I've been practicing him. And I know how to play Aatrox. When I say I'm underpowered, I mean it. I used to R and dive in and melt faces. Now, I go right to reviving from my passive so soon, I can't even Q out of the fight, because I don't do enough dps pressure rushing bloodrazor

Tried rushing 
on him already its just too expensive and leaves you squishy and you dont get the stacks fast enough.

It activates after 6 strikes. many teamfights will be over sooner than that.
