Changes to enable solo-lane Blitzcrank

Some suggestions for the lurking Rioters to make this (more of) a reality. (They've been running tests on the PBE)

Increase Move. Speed to 335
Decrease cooldown of Passive Mana Barrier
Static Field passive bolts prioritize champions if dealt damage by Blitzcrank/damage received
(Auto attack damage scaling with mana)

Do not reduce the activation damage of Static Field, as it is Blitzcrank's only reliable form of waveclear.

Edit: For the halfwits, no I am not saying introduce literally all of these changes.

Horrible idea, so it would become Op as sup

If you want solo lane you can by just improving your skill

I've seen a Braum mid laner, I wouldn't have give him a penny, he just didn't won, he carried the game.

ok... how do you think these changes would affect him in his support role? second, why does blitzcrank need to be a viable solo laner? third, his ult is being changed with these changes so already one of your suggestions is completely useless since he would not have the random bolts anymore. Fourth, why would he even need more MS? or have his autos scales with mana? the last thing we need is to have blitzcrank be even more obnoxious than he already is
