"Balanced" by being hard to master. Really a lot of horse shit because it means if she's playing optimally there isn't anything you can build or do about it. It's the same situation that keeps popping up with Zed Yasuo Riven . It doesn't matter how good you are with your character because these kind of champs can just "outskill" any matchup regardless of builds.

Tbh zed is an exception as unlike Yasuo Riven he lacks dps.

Legit I build item 3742 item 3001 on any mid lane mage I play and that stops me from feeding a zed. Then i sell the for dmg later

I loved old Irelia, then I fell even more in love with new Irelia when the rework came out.

Now I can't play Irelia without feeling guilty of using such a busted champion.

She 'was' balanced in the sense that she's hard to play.

Now she's no longer balanced because players are fast learners.

If an item is busted, every single champ who synergises well with it is broken.

For tri that would be Camille Corki Ezreal Gangplank Hecarim Irelia Jax Jayce Lucian Poppy Skarner Trundle Udyr Volibear Yorick

Yes, Jax and camille are very strong atm. While irelia is flat out broken. But what about the rest of them?

When feral flare was introduced and then replaced by sated devourer, Shyvana Kayle Udyr XinZhao MasterYi Jax were all beyond overpowered. The champions it was designed for were atk speed based junglers) That is when the item is the problem and we saw proof of that with the removal of both of them

True problem, no. CDR creeping, yes; item 3078 just became part of the problem when they changed item 3057 from AP to CDR and removed item 3086 from the recipe.

A tank? A fking tank? Are you fking kidding me? I mean im not gonna lie she has a nice burst (though she cant get out of the fight as such she isnt an assassin by definition). While she is strong duelist against squishy targets, she sucks sweet as against other skirmishers and divers. Since her 1v1 is quite low she is not that great of a split pusher, besides why would you split push with her when she is made for teamfights? Considering she is building the most expensive item plus her weak lane phase, yeah she should get quite the powerspike.

And no she isnt pick or ban. Yes her pick and ban might be the highest currently but its not close to 100% pick/ban situation.

Anybody pretending Irelia isn't overpowered is either metaslaving her to climb LP they don't deserve , or just out of their straight mind .

I destroyed countless irelia's in laning phase as Nocturne top ( as surprising as it sounds nocturne totally counters her in lane ) , 1-4 , 1-6 . 0-7 by 10 , 15min you call it . Her laning phase is NOT the problem .

The problem is that her KIT , her entire KIT is designed to team fight and come back in the game even when you dumpstered her in lane . Because whatever happens , as behind as you can hold her in the game , she will pick up her Triforce , and she will last hit Q your teammates and she will get fed . every - single - time . And she will end up landing a 3 or 4 man ult and one shot your ADC or any squishies and win a teamfight instantly .

She needs to be addressed asap .

I play at diamond elo , so we are not really good yet but dude , if you dare say that irelia is OK , you do not possess any game sense . period.
