How long to wait before rolling for a new skin in Hextech?

I'll post my stats for rolling on new skins to help hypothesize.

Arcade Skins were released August 25th, 2016(08/25/2016), I rolled and received Arcade Ezreal September 21st, 2016(09/21/2016) but that was after FINALLY receiving keys.

SKT Skins were released August 18th, 2016(08/18/2016), I rolled and received SKT Ryze August 26th, 2016(08/26/2016)

Star Guardian Skins were released October, 6th, 2016(10/6/2016), I rolled and received Star Guardian Poppy October, 14th, 2016(10/14/2016) after finally receiving keys.

Has anyone rolled a brand new skin earlier than these dates lets say the day of or day after release? I have almost 9 key fragments saved up and I want to start my gamble on Elementalist Lux.

Thanks... I always needed to know how much should I wait to open my chests after elementalist lux~...

btw how many boxes do you even open wtf...

I usually opened a box as soon as I got a full key fragment, so maybe a box a week if not 2. I'd wager I have at most rolled 6 boxes in a month. I never run out of hextech chests apparently, and of course am always aiming for S every game, with high KDAs, good cs, and consumables, trinkets.
