Used 2 consecutive ignites on a pre level 6 Vayne with a 100 hp
Not at the same time, but one after another. Vayne used heal, and health pot and it was k. Buff ingite's early game! it should counter heal, not the other way around.

If what you said is true, that's 34 damage per second for 10 seconds. (340 total) Vayne had 100 HP and has 7.6 HP/5 (9.6 if mastery), and gets 50 HP/5 with pot, GW is 7.152 HP per second (71.52 HP over ten seconds) Heal recovers 165 HP, GW is 99 HP (lv 6 heal being generous) Resulting in -69.48 HP after 10 seconds. (Killing her after approximately 7-8 seconds of continuous ignite)
Except you miss one crucial detail: Vayne rushes BoRK/Vampiric Sceptre. Assuming no further damage, she can auto attack somethings and be ok. She had plenty of time to hit something nearby. Moreso if she still had Doran's Blade, lifesteal masteries, and vampiric sceptre.
TL;DR you took too long to kill her. Lux might have also saved her too. Ignite's not the problem, it's you not hurting her hard enough is the problem.
