the way to counter devourer is to shut down said jungler, sated junglers take around 20 minutes to hit sated in the average game, and they're playing for late game. The way to counter this is to take an early lead, and put them in a position where they can't win from. The problem being while on paper it has counters in practice it doesn't always work. (doesn't ALWAYS work, i've seen plenty of sated junglers get destroyed)
