I saw an EU LCS game where someone took Fizz top with smite and teleport (no flash??? ) Rushed cinderhulk and went full tank building no ad stats or tri-force. I figured he would go ad/bruiser Fizz but he went full tank. It didn't seem to work very well since his final score was 0/6/4 or something like that. What's the point of a smite teleport full tank top laner?
Laughing Fish2 votesCinderhulk was OP for quite some time, so it alone was worth taking smite for. Also, you can easily steal the enemy jungles buff (especially if you are on red side and can steal gromp's buff). Oh, and duel smite is amazing for Baron/Dragon. The ability to immediately deal 2k true damage to them at level 18 is crazy good.

The percent health bonus is too good to pass up for many of them, especially on a very mobile champion like Fizz.
