Riot why do you want to kill Soraka?

Now Riot, I was never on board with grievous wounds only blocking self healing since I knew it would cause to a massive amount's of Soraka Nerf's, and I understood everyone of them, (though did not agree with all of them) I kept my mouth shut, yet currently in the PBE you guys are reverting the grievous wound's to affect all types of healing, no longer just self healing which I find to be awesome yet why are you guys nerfing Soraka again even with these nerf's, this is no longer just a bit of number differences but a complete gutting of her, and I ask why exactly are we adding more nerfs to an already bigger nerf?
