NO, no it cant. It stacks by luck on allies now, hopefully they didn't use a single ablity that makes them move.
Also the stacking aspect is stupid anyway.... ppl take dmg... its not stacking anyway.

I totally agree with this because Lux's shield was the one ability that totally defined her kit and playstyle. (sarcasm)
She essentially has no W. The scaling on it is abysmal for a single hit....
A single hit is guaranteed with its new mechanic.

She is a poke mage which she is very strong as. Honestly, the only nerf people want is on her ultimate cd. I played her earlier today for the first time and did well.
