Client becoming blocks of darkness?

I couldn't see my picks or bans nor change runes, just blocks or blackness that would sometimes clear up for a bit if i hovered over them. Anyone else or just me? The Clash patch is live and the whole game is feeling a little off/sluggish to me, but maybe thats just me.
