Does the new honor system reward toxicity?

I just got a 25 game chat ban and my honor locked at 0 because a premade group of 3 just wanted to flame someone. Does tribunal not exist at all? I did everything I could to be polite, ask them to work with me. They just all chat slandered me about things that didn't happen, now I have weeks of work ahead of me. RIP honor, I honestly don't know what to do I'm reported every other game, if i chat or not, now that I'm placed as 'dishonorable' I don't think I even can/want to fix this... Update, its happened again just a few games later, I'll upload some of the footage, I'm playing, the jungle dies, spends all game smiting my lane and flaming me until everyone says 'just report both' though I've done nothing wrong.

post your chatlogs, maybe we can find out what is getting you punished and teach you how to avoid it.

You can improve your honor by reforming your behavior. You can even progress through honor if you don't write anything.

You weren't give a chat restriction because of others' behavior, as you are only held accountable for your actions.

And to answer your title's question: no.

They should be available when you log in to the client. Otherwise, check the email associated with your LoL account (don't forget to check the junk folder). If you still can't find them, you can file a support ticket and ask for the logs.

No, Tribunal has been gone for years. There's no excuse not to mute the flamers. And no one can ruin your account but yourself.

Can you post your chat logs? We can't help point out what may have triggered the ban without seeing them.
