Total 2.7 mil Vladimir main letting you know his spells are bugging out really hard this patch
-TLDR: bug report, Sion Biltz and all newer code champs (Camile Irell, Akali) are knocking-up Vlad up in pool or empowered autoing Vlad in pool. The other spells are sometimes going on CD without doing dmg/healing/charging. Move speed buffs breaks pathing and spells.
-I was hoping with Pre-Season coming up we could address some of the bugs in all of vlads spells except his ult. I love the rythm and risky playstyle of the champ, his numbers seems reasonable and his scaling on par. The playstyle is meant to reward more risky moves with stronger heaing/dmg, however the current bugs tend to occur when you really need the combo most, example. casting as soon as one spell ends or a CD comes back up.
-To my knowledge all of these bugs started after his rework, but its really just since the Clash patch its been so bad I can't cast full combos more often than not without a break.
-The Q glitching onto CD without healing or returning hp/charging CrimsonRush is as frequent as ever https://clips.twitch.tv/FrailSteamyParrotYouWHY , but now I'm being auto attacked in pool and when I flash combo, or the Ult spell will cast/uncast in a second then stop vlad in his tracks for a few seconds. https://clips.twitch.tv/VibrantPlainWatermelonANELE (just to be clear, I hit W before she leaps from bush, then get stuck before she appears, E doesn't register, then W casts after being stunned, and I took hp dmg from the casted W beforehand, according to death report)

-I have another clip I might dig up of being much deeper in the W (like half a second of moving in it) and still being knocked up by sion Q and taking full dmg for pooling, I'll look for it later
-Personally, I think his character model visuals are bugging out the spell code, creating a rubberband/loop effect in his cast queue. His rework really only changed his E in the end, the other spells have either less animations than before or are untouched. Much like the Sejuani torso break bug after her update, Vlad's legs and upper body behave independent of each other so the move that was changed in his rework could cast and move while charging (and should drain more hp while channeling near units imo, just sayin') and its different one cast to the next how the missiles of the E will behave each cast based on all sorts of unknown factors. Sometimes one minion on the right side takes all 16 missiles somehow and other times it will hit through minions like swain Q, and on average, it always hits all the caster minions no matter how they're grouped.~ I'd personally like to see his empowered crimson rush make him have no collision with units, it'd be an easy fix, they could even just take some of the empowered Q movement away to compensate if it made a big diff.
-Vlad's in a great spot number-wise, being the stat checker for how much ranged healing is too much, rather than tank meta style when just Darius Maokai ect ran the carry sustain show or the spell vamp on everyone 1st item days. I hope we can get some nice polish on the rest of the champ in time for these excellent looking rune and tower changes.
