People want more bans because too many champions are overpowered (mostly tanks.) If the game was better balanced, I can guarantee each and every one of you, that no one would complain about only having 6 bans.
I can guarantee you they would.
No, we want more bans because having 3 bans per team when there are 123 means you have to ban the strong ones. There's no room for banning a champ that would counter a certain comp or champ, for example.
This game does need more bans. If 6 bans were needed for 70 champions, 10 are definitely needed for 130.
The thing is, this problem only really comes up when there are too many problematic champions. Which has been most of this season.
