Add An auto lock-in option for NCS

sometimes we forget to lock our champs even though we already picked them sometimes because of the internet and some bugs in teh client even though we try to lock it just doesn't and we end up dodging so what i'm suggesting is to add an option that we can enable or disable it by going to settings and by enabling this the game will automatically lock our pick when there's 1 second left on the lock-in timer i'm pretty sure this will decrease the dodging rates
