Riot About noct fear on scuttler dosent remove his 50 armor 50 MR

Shaco box and fiddle Fear remove the armor and MR from scuttler but for some reason Nocturne fear dosent

Is that a bug?

And for anyone who dosent know if you CC scuttler his armor and mr from 60 drop to 10
