The new Ap jungle item need to be better!!

It need to provide ether 60 ap and 10% cdr (up from 40 Ap)

or 40AP and 20% CDR (Up from 10%)

For real that way this item would be a late game item!! as its now its suck for heavy AP late game builds!!

AND NO! SELLING AND ITEM IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY OF BALANCING AN ITEM!
