This game has become so disappointing

I know I'm Silver and people don't care much - but for the past few games my ranked matches have been really bad.

There's a lot of things I say "This is why here and that is why you lost etc." I keep saying "You can do better. You lost because..."

But as I'm saying that, somebody goes 0/7 top 7 minutes in or the enemy is 14/2 in 12 minutes. I'm sitting as an ADC at 3/4 or 3/2 if my team is behind by so much.

I have no agency over the game. I can't push to late and carry my team anymore. It's so hard to go out and farm if the wave is pushed halfway into lane since in Silver not many place wards. It gets hard to spot assassins and stop them since the gold deficit is huge and everyone gets one-shot. I have no agency over my teammates.

I can't just stomp.

I know this is a complaint, but I went from a 55% WR last season to a 13% WR this season with my main. I got destroyed even with a good CS score.

Edit: My winrate in ranked last season was actually around 57 to 60% with Vayne.

I think I can make a difference, I know I lack knowledge, but there's the feeling I still can't do much to save the game.
