Automatically changing their non-flash summoner into smite and if they do not have flash, then whatever isnt ghost/ignite. If neither are there, then default smite to the f key so ranked players do not have to suffer through such simple mishaps.
Or make a big bright reminder when they get into the lobby that "YOU DO NOT HAVE SMITE, SELECT WHICH KEY YOU WANT YOUR SUMMONER SPELL ON"
