I know mobility is a sensitive topic, but...

Some Tier 2 Boots could stand to give a little more flat movespeed. Immobile champions that are slow would love more movespeed options and let's be real: mobile champions are moving around the map at Mach 5 already so even more movespeed won't make a bit of difference for them. And faster boots would MAKE GAMES GO FASTER TOO ISN'T THAT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT RIOT!?!?!?

Anyway, i.e:

Boots of Swiftness, a.k.a. "My J's" Cost: 1100 gold, up from 900 +65 movespeed, up from +55 UNIQUE Passive: same ol' same ol'

These would be the ultimate boots in terms of freedom of mobility that many champions would love at the cost of some other stats.

Berserker's Greaves Cost: 1100 gold +55 movespeed , up from +45 +20% Attack Speed, down from 35%

These boots are underperforming and rightly so. Mass Attack Speed is only something pubs and cheeselords want over other options like Swiftness and Tabi. This would make being said cheeselords less dangerously cheesy and much more affordable to "boot". Aha.

Ionian Boots of Lucidity Cost: 900 gold +55 movespeed, up from +45 UNIQUE Passive: +10% Cooldown Reduction Removed: UNIQUE Passive: Reduces the Cooldown of Summoner Spells by 10%.

No one cared about these boots' second passive. Ever! Also, additional movespeed makes one more lucid maybe. Potentially. In another dimension, perhaps.

That's all I got! Ninja Tabi sounds like a no-brainer candidate for more movespeed on boots but then again that sounds like the worst and most unbalanceable idea ever so. Tanks and autoattack-based marksmen in particular (not Vayne, but whatever) could use the love from more movespeed, at least if they don't get said love from patch notes anytime soon.
