The absolute majority of ADC's dishes out their extremely high damage simply by rightclicking. Almost none of them require any skill whatsoever. You only have to poisition yourself properly and you're good to go.
They should all be remade to fit a certain theme, rather than just rightclicking. Caitlyn could be made to fit more into her sniper-theme for example.

top lost? enjoy gettong cc locked mid lost? enjoy being 100-0 by that zed jg lost? enemy gets free dragons and gank city botlane support sucks? enjoy the 2v1
and if you dont do well, youll spend alot of your time afk farming while your team gets steamrolled
