Graves was 3 levels above Jhin, Ezreal was 2 levels above Jhin, both had Dark Harvest Procs ready, and Jhin made an incredibly stupid move going where he did. Also, without knowledge of items or other runes, it's hard to make a clear cut case either way.
Jhin fucked up there. Big-time. Diving solo while down 2 levels with no vision or heal, then getting jumped on by someone three levels above.
That alone would have happened regardless of keystones or picks (as long as the jungler was damage-oriented). Only difference is that Ez would have taken a bit more damage.
To be honest i think dark harvest is a keystone that should just be removed because I don't see a way they can balance it unless they just overall gutted it and that's just not healthy for game play overall. it's just to snobally and makes it impossible to fight already strong champions that just get even stronger with that keystone.
