IMO hes overloaded. I hate his whole kit. I hate the windwall blocking sejuanis ult for 5 people or the no cd dash or the no cd Q which is an auto attack reset. I hate his free nado every 5 seconds. I hate his Ult giving him 50% bonus armor pen.
I Hate everything he has.

Don't attack him then when he uses it...His ult can only be used when you're in the air, and his only move that does that is his tornado which he has to use his Q three time in order to use. The tornado itself is easy to dodge if you have a decent distance between you two. How is he overloaded?

A decent distance that he can close extremely easily. You either stand far away behind your wave and he dashes all the way to you, or you stand closer to his minions and he just gets to dash to you anyway. Distance is NEVER an issue for Yasuo, and that is a major balance issue

All champions can do something like that.
Can dive you under the tower when she reaches level 6, does true damage on Q! What do I do???
His passive does so much damage he just destroys all the tanks and squishies early and late game, how do you fight him??
Her DPS is so powerful, she doesn't even need boots, she's definitely OP.
He chases you down and his ult does 90% of my health, how is he not nerfed yet??
Her burst is too powerful, you can't even fight her.
His Q resets, with combos he gets a mana shield?? This is so unfair!
His passive gives him AP???? He can get to like 300 AP with his passive, use 2 AP items and then become a tank with other items! SO OP
His poke?? I can't even farm at level 2!
She can kill me at level 3! This is not fair at ALL.

Because they outplay you. Simple as that. They're just better at yasuo than you are at your champion.
