Pro: -Stun can be saved for the best moment -Can be stacked repeatedly (this is an assumption until new sej hits PBE) -Doesn't require Sej to start stacking
Con: -Cooldown/cost/range limit could make it harder to use; might not be able to hit a whole team, for example (again, need to see PBE to be sure) -Cannot be stacked by ranged (cutting out ADC's makes it notedly slower than Braum's, since they typically stack the most AS)
So we'll have to see, but I feel like it can be balanced pretty safely. Point-and-click does sound scary, but its probably pretty inconsequential, given the required setup.

I'm completely in agreement, my joke was Annie is actually fine (great entry level champ imo) and it's even better if it's like Braum's passive, which is actually one of the main reasons I fell in love with Braum.
Interesting little niche plays there with the melee only bit too, I'm interested to see what it all looks like-- that goes for all of midseason. I'm most excited for additional in-game recognition, more in-depth end-game stats, and updated support item! Coin in particular.
