That’s not the proper way to balance th game.
Riot has a history of nerfing champions to deal with them later. Riot has mentioned before that issue with balancing Yasuo and possible rework in the future. Its not proper to nerf champions to deal with them later years later in some examples.
But Riot has done it before and there are other champions that could use a upgrade more then Yasuo to be honest. Yasuo isn't in a bad spot atm and other champs could use the love. They shouldn't balance like this but its been done before.
