Teleport needs a nerf but ignite and Talon are fine

Its a bit tricky because you have to remember why ignite was buffed in the first place.

Its potentially okay to nerf it now since shields have been nerfed however, it still kinda unpredictable in terms to what it may do for the meta. Would it shift the meta back into Barrier and more passive play or just net in a nerf to early game dmg and nothing else. You hope for the later and not the earlier. If i were to guess i would say later but meta shifts are sometimes unpredictable.

TP needs a nerf.

Ignite doesn't.

Talon aswell needs a nerf.

Talon's getting a nerf. All those indirect buffs and items buffs put him way over the top.

I think Meddler's looking into his E and R though, according to his Twitter post a bit back.
