Could you please change it back to having a passive? You could balance it around the passive being disabled during the 10 second cooldown, maybe. You pick how to balance it.

My issue is the early game wave clear really puts my classic jungle farm build order at risk. I farm slower now. It really messes up my rhythm. I have to basically gamble on getting a gank or not to build that hydra faster than I used to. I am forced to be aggressive just to chase that passive as soon as possible. If I am not ahead, or if I am even behind, I really hurt from the tiamat nerf.

i agree with the fact that tiamat has messed up how i jg as well, even laning, the tiamat passive nerf has thrown my top laning off so bad with the champs i buy it on that i question even bothering with it unless i can finish to hydra quick enough to where it doesnt even matter
