I don't think riot wants games to go much longer than 30 minutes anymore

I was thinking about the dragon changes and the empowered soul stuff, particularly with the elder dragon makes me think that riot is trying as hard as possible to establish an upper time limit on games. It seems like they are trying to force a certain gameplay after 30 minutes:

  1. Get elder dragon.
  2. Use the buff to execute other team if they didn't die contesting it.
  3. End now.

What do you guys think? Is fighting around elder as your main objective in the late game sound fun? Are you happy that there's going to be a buff that has an execute on it?

I mean its still weaker then baron in a lot of games. The point of the change is to make it not feel like shit if you have no dragons actually making games go on longer since now there is two objectives to think about. If the team with all the dragons goes to baron they can easily lose elder dragon giving the other team a chance to come back.

How about you actually think and not just cry because riot adding a execute to something.

The elder drake DoT and the stat stick passive would kill you either way. And I'm pretty sure this would be the second elder drake not the first.
