do people just hate her because she makes the laning more boring than Janna ?

I'm actually very in the dark here as to why, I don't see her often to actually get why people hate her.

Soraka is boring, Lulu pokes you like an annoying 5th grader that wants a snack but he's supposed to be in the corner and you don't have the authority to tell him to go back so he just pokes asking over and over again.

I don't actually hate her unless I'm a champ with executes or I'm an assassin, otherwise she's just a support than zones hard and ruins the hopes and dreams of all juggernauts.

Awesome. I play Lulu support a lot and the change to her W is going to be awesome. Also more damage with the q :D! When do these buffs go live?

Wrong , if you calculate it only the base damage will actually do less the AP ratio remains 0.5 after the reductions,stronger on the first target ever so slightly weaker after that

Whimsy got a pretty big buff to so overall its a buff
