Why does Pixie Dust make my gun shoot faster?
Of all the supports to have an attack speed buff... why Lulu? http://www.clipartkid.com/images/749/tinkerbell-clipart-clipart-panda-free-clipart-images-k7Zclo-clipart.png Doesn't someone like Zilean seem more like the type of champion to increase you're attack speed? Considering he is slowing time around you so you can move faster, but not attack faster, because the time manipulation only effects your feet.
