Placements Seem More Reasonable This Year

I've actually seen more than just a couple people go UP from their last season's end rank. Also went 5-5 here from Gold 5 and 7-3 on my other account from Gold 5 and both got placed into Silver 2, which isn't as massive as a drop from prior years where Ive gone 6-4 from Gold 5 to get placed Silver 5 and Bronze 1.
