Viktor's E is bugged when interacting with Yasuo's windwall

Yasuo can block Viktor's E's upgraded secondary effect even after it's already been put down. Why Yasuo's wind wall can block Viktor's E in the first place makes no sense, because it's a laser, right??? You know who else shoots lasers and doesn't get their lasers blocked by Yasuo's wind wall? Xerath. There's just no cosistency here at all.
