Cooldown reduction shouldn't be something that is sticked to literally almost everything

Having way too much access to CDR only makes champions who are only manageable through cooldowns to be virtually unbalanceable under any circumstances.

Riot should seriously consider massively decreasing the availlable CDR in the game, especially items since they feel like they should give half what they currently have in terms of CDR because of how common it is

Back in the day I remember when CDR builds were a thing. Where you actually had to itemise for it and give up something in exchange, be it defensive stats, offensive stats etc etc.

Yeah but i think they changed it because they wanted to diversify builds.

They did it because they thought that because pressing buttons is fun, pressing them more often must be more fun. While they were correct in one sense, they didn't realize what the consequences would be.

They stickied cooldown reduction and lowered mana costs to almost nothing because they saw how popular URF was. URF made people stop playing normal LoL and this was their solution.

but they removed urf s why both. Iprefered the GG this game is over trolls playing urf while i actually got to climb major levels for the first time in my league carrer cause people werent surrendering my games so i could win those crucial games that let me climb instead of keep being shut down right before getting my promotion because i told some one its my promos a wont surrender and they decide perfect time to baby rage/ afk cause peope wont surrender with me
