A good Kog'maw jungle build?

So Kog'maw jungle seems like a real sleeper pick, i've been messing around with it in normals and ooooooooowwwwweeeeee the damage!

I have no idea what to build on him so i kinda just went yolo but I am no means a master buildsmith. I topped damage by almost 30k over the next highest on the team and the enemy caitlyn who was insanely fed early.

I couldn't find an updated guide on it from someone who seemed at least creditable.

Any ideas? Pure adc/adc abusing bruiser items is fine.
