just hard reduce the cost of level 30 runes/pages

i've done my FWOTD and then some every single day for 3 years and i still don't have all the runes/pages I would like too.

(which is largely due to buying 6300 champions instead) and I still only have around 50~60 champions.

I have 10 rune pages, 2 of which were free (bought during buy one get one free eras) and I still dont think its enough. 4 are attributed to AP mid lane, 2 for jungle (tank vs fighter) 1 for ADC, 2 which are galio specific. and the last one is for zed. meaning i dont even have a support rune page.

runes and the necessary pages are too necessary to compete on a ranked level, just to not horribly feed/lose lane its not necessary to play expensive vs inexpensive champions.

I recommend a 20% or more hard reduction in price just to make it easier for players starting out to head into ranked. expanding their champion pool is already enough of a task.

You can buy Rune pages and massive IP boosts. Close enough.

yeah but ip boosts require me to actually play the game and I want all the individual tier 3 runes.

Thanks for playing devil's advocate. Don't have a suggestion for you on that one. For the sake of your argument though, if you didn't want to play the game (required to use IP boosts), then why would you want to buy runes for the game?

3 Lifesteal/Spell vamp/Hybrid Pen/increased health% quints are almost equal to a full 6300 champ (6150). Theoretically with a rune page that's solely all the highest costing runes (which is not really optimal, but as an example), you can probably see it going to highs of 12k+ IP at least. More than two 6300 champs...and you might not even be done the page yet...And to get an extra page, it's also 6300. It truly costs way too much.
