Suggestion for Leblanc..?
Instead of nerfing all of her abilities, why don't you just nerf the ratio on the ult cast for the abilities? That way, you won't die by double Distortion or something.

Michael Sykes1 votesThey are nerfing her waveclear because it is way too oppressive in the early game and slightly her w base damage. Her rw only has a 50% scaling - before the rework it had a 90% scaling.
