I feel like Riot players are filled with casuals who do not Rank at any point.
I guess they do not understand how frustrating it is to see a player who says "1st time" and feed enough to provide for a small 3rd world village.
Why is it so difficult to force a player to play at least 5 times in Normals with a certain champ before unlocking them in Ranked? It will only benefit Riot in long term.
Anyways, It'll never happen.

I like this kind of idea, but the problem is....the 20 champ requirement. So basically, outside the 5-6 champs you normally play, you have to play 5x~14 games just to get into ranked, which ofc would give new players more practice, but the longer it takes to get to the "end game", the more players drop off before then and skin sales go down.
It'll never happen because it's just not a good plan.
Autofill is a thing.
A mid player gets autofilled to jungle; no jungle champions in his pool with more than 5 games on them.
I'd rather have a first time J4 than a mid player who was forced into playing Jungle Karthus.
