Matchmaking & Lack of Players?

System isn't always accurate, the 27/10 shows that your MMR is far higher then that. MMR really shouldn't be hidden anymore, there is literally no reason for it.

If I was Plat level then they shouldve let me skip tiers from my promos but I havent skipped any the entire way from Silver

Op.gg doesn't actually know your MMR, it can only guess at it because Riot keeps the actual number hidden. Also it's late night on a Thursday, people are asleep so matchmaking is having a harder time finding people to match you with, longer que times should signify that.
