for similar runes you discount them to 102, but this one is 4 times that cost? why?
even if you still make being on a leveled playing field something that isn't inherent, or has to be purchased to speed up, can you at least balance the costs so things make sense?

Bob the Toastr1 votesThe way it seems to me, glyphs are supposed to be about magic (AP, MR, CDR), seals are supposed to be about defense (health, armor), and marks are supposed to be about offense (Lethality, AD, AS, Magic Pen)
