step 1. switch their passives
step 2. make ashe's passive (used to be talon's) do MORE % damage on CC'D target, but make it only apply every few seconds so she can't spam 40% bonus ad attacks
step 3. make talon's passive (used to be ashes) not proc on minions or monsters, but make it stack more slowly and make it deal reduced damage (150 instead of 200 etc.)
step 4. fixed

That being said I am not sure about giving talon a free crit for his combo.
I mean if he can already kill an enemy with his combo they still don't get much of a chance to react to it.

...Seriously, if a mage or mana-using bruiser is against an AD assassin in lane BUILD FROZEN HEART! CDR lets you do more damage in the same span of time, Armor reduces ALL of Talon's damage, the mana lets you cast more!
Ariaflux1 votesEven though it will be very useful, it's also a very uninspired passive for Ashe (not to mention often suggested...).
I won't really object the change, but if there is to be any work done for Ashe, I would really like it better to give her something more thematically fitting. Furthermore, her passive will be very decent (even overpowered) if they make the change to not disable focus building on minion last hit.
